As a residential property management Groundskeeper/Maintenance Technician , you'll ensure our properties look their best! In addition, you'll learn how our properties work, and how to provide maintenance assistance for our team, preparing apartments for new residents, making repairs for people already living there, and performing upkeep to make the community the best it can be. We are looking for self-motivated problem-solvers who are eager to learn, and have an aptitude for the mechanical. This job and career path provide advantages you can't always find elsewhere, even in other maintenance jobs: Range of work and knowledge: While providing janitorial and property upkeep - you'll be learning maintenance - understanding how to fix problems related to plumbing, electricity, heating, cooling, locks, carpentry, and more. Full-time, year-round work: You won't experience seasonal lulls, the way you might as an HVAC contractor or other maintenance specialist.
