GROUNDSKEEPER $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS! HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR FULL TIME POSITIONS! Location: Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack - 15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025 Schedule: Full-time. May include weekends and holidays. Perks: Benefits (full time), 401k (full & part time), $2,000 sign on bonus and more! POSITION SUMMARY: The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the grounds of the property. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Keep all outside areas free of clutter and debris. Maintain flowerbeds and landscaping. Assist track workers with washing down sidewalks. Shovel and salt sidewalks (when applicable). Assist on special tasks and other duties as assigned. Operation of mowing equipment and trimmers. Operation of snow removal equipment. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to withstand all weather conditions. Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time. Must be available for on-call shifts. Must be available weekends and holidays. Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or snow removal preferred. SKILLS & ABILITIES: Accountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions. Communication - Ability to communicate effectively with others using spoken word. Reliability - The trait of being dependable and trustworthy. Time Management - Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Detail oriented - Strong attention to detail. Safety - Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety. ADDITIONAL NOTES: Must be present onsite for this position.
