How You Will Be Successful: Keep all areas of the property clean and attractive; includes common areas, walkways, hallways, breezeways, property amenities, etc. Maintain curb appeal by removing litter, pet waste, weeds, cigarette butts, and minor landscaping clean up. Assist maintenance technicians helping to ensure service requests are completed in an effective, timely manner and to the satisfaction of residents Report to management any safety concerns, hazardous conditions or maintenance needs Assist with preventative maintenance as needed Assist other tasks as assigned by the property manager/maintenance supervisor Serve as an essential associate for the property and assist with snow removal Support management in holding landscaping vendor accountable to services outlined in the contract Maintain positive communications with residents and provide excellent service through courteous and timely response to resident needs and concerns Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area Embrace Mills values applying to all areas of responsibility and abide by Mills policies and procedures Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred Experience with groundskeeping preferred Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays Ability to work in extreme environmental conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.) Valid driver’s license Adept working in a team environment This description is not intended, and should not be construed, to be an all-inclusive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions as associated with a job.
