Grinding Machine Set-up Operator Large CNC machine shop is hiring for experienced CNC Grinder positions for 1st and 2nd shifts. The Grinding Machine Set-up Operator is responsible for setting up and running the grinding machines to produce precision metal parts, per the customer's blueprint. The Grinding Machine Set-up Operator directly reports to the Senior Production Manager. Primary Responsibilities: Read and interpret blue prints Safely grind metal precision parts, using a rotating wheel, according to blue print Determine product specifications such as dimensions, tolerances, and number of parts to be ground. Collect and assemble required products. Dress wheel according to specifications Confirm ground parts have the correct specifications Check grinding wheels for cracks Utilize micrometers, calipers, and preset gauges Set up automatic work-feeding device Use proper wheel guards and safety procedures while operating all grinding machines Monitor machine during operation EOE Operador de configuración de la máquina rectificadora Un gran taller de máquinas CNC está contratando puestos experimentados de amoladoras CNC para el primer y segundo turno.
