Key Responsibilities: Operate a variety of grinding machines to achieve fine tolerances. Work independently with minimal supervision. Interpret and comprehend technical drawings effectively. Perform grinding tasks using cylindrical and surface grinding machines. Maintain an accurate Practical Experience Record PER book. Facilitate training sessions for personnel based on expertise and experience. Possess desirable CNC grinding experience though not mandatory. Requirements: Proficient in operating internal and external grinding machines. Experience in working with cylindrical and surface grinding machines. Knowledge of CNC grinding is advantageous.
