FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT!! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled grill cook to join our team. As a grill cook, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cleanliness, and ensuring the highest quality of plate presentation. If you have a passion for the food industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:- Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes- Knowledge in morning prep and setting up a line.- Ability to check in, organize, and put away truck orders.- Ensure proper food storage, handling, and sanitation practices- Follow all safety and health regulations in the kitchen (FIFO)- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areasRequirements:- Previous experience in food service or cooking- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Basic knife skills for food preparation- Ability to stand for extended periods of timeIf you are passionate about food, have excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of lead cook.
