Job Title: Service Greeter Location: Colorado Springs, CO Level/Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour Position Type: Part Time Are you looking to supplement your income with part-time work? Audi of Colorado Springs has the position for you. We are looking for Service Greeters to welcome our Audi's customers on the service drive. Retirees welcome to apply! Essential Duties Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions and directs them to the appropriate person or location. Control service traffic flow and parking. Determine if customers coming into service have an appointment. Records customer's name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage. Assist lot attendant with duties at the service counter. Maintain a clean and safe service drive area, free of dirt, water, leaves, snow etc. Maintain a professional appearance. Other tasks as assigned. Education and/or Experience Excellent Customer Service Skills Friendly, upbeat attitude Professional appearance High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or trainig; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
