They are seeking a creative and dynamic in: house graphic designer to join their thriving marketing team. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of design principles, have proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and be capable of leading projects while adhering to brand guidelines. The role requires agility, adaptability, and the ability to deliver high: quality, innovative visual solutions in a timely manner. The Role Produce high: quality visual content, including but not limited to marketing materials, digital assets, social media graphics, presentations, and other promotional materials, while adhering to brand guidelines. Collaborate with marketing colleagues and their external creative agency to conceptualise and execute design projects that effectively communicate their brand values, ethos and message. Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that all deliverables are executed accurately and efficiently. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast: paced environment. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table. Work closely with the wider business to understand project requirements and contribute creative solutions that align with UA92s ambitious goals. Create, maintain and update design assets and templates to ensure consistency across various platforms.
