Join our Victus team as a Graphic Designer! We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our team in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. As an integral part of the marketing department, the Graphic Designer is responsible for carrying out the creative efforts of Victus Sports and our partner brand, Marucci Sports. The Graphic Designer will provide in-house graphic support for marketing initiatives and brand campaigns. The ideal candidate will be comfortable understanding strategic insight and leveraging the brand style guide in order to assist with a wide range of compelling graphics across various platforms. Job Duties: Projects include but are not limited to the development of bat designs, print, imagery, logos, video, and collateral materials. Creates graphics that are industry leading, trend right and that consistently incorporate consumer/athlete insight through powerful storytelling, emotional connectivity, and relevance. Ensures creative deadlines are met by working effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand equity and proper execution of said marketing materials. Provides design support for higher-level designers as needed. Requirements: Verbal and written communication skills. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Advanced knowledge of Mac platform and proficient in Windows. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Self-motivated, positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility Education and Experience: University degree in Graphic/Print Design or related field Possesses a strong portfolio in digital and print. Experience with Adobe Premier is a plus. Photography experience is a plus. Knowledge of baseball rules, players, teams, etc. is not required. At least two years' related experience required. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
