Responsibilities: The Graphic Design Intern’s primary duties include but are not limited to: Assisting three Senior Graphic Designers and one Junior Designer with day-to-day projects. Creating and gathering images for catalogs, sell sheets websites, social media. Taking photographs and editing/retouching in Photoshop for use in printed and electronic media as well for upload to the various websites Creating and updating promotional materials Participating in other projects (tradeshow support, videography, etc.) as assigned Essential Skills: Must have practical experience with graphic design programs (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) using a Mac computer Creative with a passion for design A strong understanding of design elements such as hierarchy, type, layout, space, balance, etc. Able to participate and work well in a team environment. Self-motivated and able to complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes. Organized, dependable and detail oriented. Strong time management, and planning skills Curious with a desire to learn fast.
