Graduate Sales Person / Account Manager - Fertilisers Henstridge, Nr. Wincanton, Somerset Salary Base £28k plus bonus OTE £40k Car / Car allowance My client, a very successful Niche Fertiliser company is looking to recruit an additional member of staff, a science Graduate Sales Person /account manager for their sales and marketing team based in Henstridge, Somerset. The successful Science Graduate Sales Person will be working for an innovative company that design and manufacture fertilisers and other related products to the amenity turf market golf courses, football pitches, bowling greens, lawn care and municipal area and the horticultural market. This role would be ideal for a science based graduate looking for a career in sales, account management and product development. Role for the successful Science Graduate Sales Person: To cultivate existing clientele, find and develop new sales of specialist fertilisers into the sports turf and associated markets and to then manage and develop those customer accounts. As the company works within both the UK and 26 different countries across the globe that there will be travel involved. Role: ·To develop and manage specialist fertiliser distributor sales accounts within selected geographic regions ·To seek and engage with potential new specialist fertiliser sales accounts ·Learn and understand the Company business processes in order to ensure that customer demand is satisfied. ·Develop sufficient technical know-how to have high levels of credibility with the customer base ·The role will be accomplished principally by attending customer sites, shows and seminars. ·Once the induction period is successfully completed, remote working maybe possible. Desired Skills: ·Educated to graduate level in a Science- based subject ·Excellent communication and IT presentation skills ·Happy to be involved in a sales and account management, relationship developing role ·Looking for a career role ·Happy to travel to visit.
