Goal: To orient new Graduate LPN's to the care provided at SRVS and the systems used to provide the care for each of the individuals supported in the home. Duties of the Graduate LPN: Work with an assigned Preceptor Nurse assigned by the RN Area Manager Become familiar with the care of the individuals in the homes. Assist with the nursing duties but not function as the nurse in the home until licensed. Become familiar with the EHR system. To become familiar with the Pharmacy functioning and ordering of medications. To become familiar with the MAR change over from month to month.
