Doane University's campus in Lincoln is currently seeking our next Enrollment and Outreach Specialist. We are looking for someone that can build relationships over the phone, create value proposition for prospective students, and work with students from point of inquiry through enrollment. Enthusiasm, a consultative, soft solution-based sales approach, and passion for education are required. Key Attributes for our next Enrollment and Outreach Specialist: Bachelor's degree required Passion for education and helping people achieve their next level of education Excitement to work with community partners through outreach and networking Consultative approach to guide prospective students through Doane University's application and admissions process Diligently maintains information and documentation in Doane University's CRM and SIS • Ability to establish relationships over the phone, text, face to face and email Organize on-campus and off-campus recruitment events. Participate in developing marketing plans designed to achieve the University's enrollment goals Maintain information and documentation in Doane University's CRM and SIS from initial stages of inquiry through enrollment Keen interest in continuing to learn Willingness to work hard and strong organizational skills Additive to a small office culture Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM At Doane you will enjoy balance between life and work: At Doane, you'll find that we're sensitive to your life outside of work, and we want our employees to enjoy their time at Doane as much as they enjoy their time away.
