Lake Forest Country Club is a high volume 18-hole private facility located in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. Annual rounds of golf per year of over 23,000 with large outside tournament event operation.Must be at least 18 years of age. Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Knowledge of golf operations helpful. Previous customer service experience preferred. The position will be 40 hours with possible overtime in busy season. Individual needs to be organized and well groomed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organized, punctual, energetic and a self-starter. Must be able to work in a team environment.Essential Responsibilities:-Assist with maintaining the day-to-day operations along with both the assistants and head golf professional.-Point of Sale and tee time duties.-Assist the golf shop buyer with merchandising and inventory control.-Club repair-Monitor pace of play on the golf course and act as the first tee starter.-Assist with PGA Junior League when needed.-Assist in tournament operations.Benefits: Playing privileges on Mondays. Clothing allowance. End of year bonus.
