Responsibilities: 1. Assist and support Development Program. 2. Support and assist in Division Talent Reviews. 3. Participate in Performance Management. 4. Create and update spreadsheets, PowerPoint decks and organizational charts in support of assigned projects. 5. Provide administrative and reporting support for all HR related activities. 6. General office tasks. 7. Sending Professional Emails. 8. Creating, Editing and Proofreading documents. 9. Performing others'l tasks when employees are absent. 10. Familiar with Microsoft Office Products. 11. Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments. 12. Professional demeanor. 13. Willing to answer phones, book appointments, assemble invoices and run light errands. 14. Assist in Documentation of Design Standards & Best Practices. Job Requirements 1. Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity. 2. Ability to work independently, but a strong effective team player. 3. Commitment to delivering results. 4. Solutions oriented. 5. Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task. 6. Good judgment and decision-making skills. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio. 8. Smart, timely, efficient, and extremely computer/internet/social media savvy. 9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 10. Must be detail oriented and possess excellent follow up skills.
