Global Logistics Manger Logistics Manager will be responsible for creating and managing all freight related processes, including interacting with the teams at all of our global warehouses. Responsibilities Freight Negotiations - LTL, Air Freight, Ocean, Small Packages, LCL Overseeing inbound/ outbound/ 3rd party shipments Experience with international logistics: Tariffs, Customs, Duty, Drawbacks, IC Disc, Export Licenses Confirming with managers accurate times scheduling and coordinating with customers, vendors, and suppliers on all questions regarding freight Accurately quoting and submitted incoming orders to freight brokers Maintaining good relationships between freight companies, brokers, and customers to provide an unbeatable experience and sufficient load times. Assuring incoming orders are correct and received with damages noted and submitted back to vendors. Commitment to continuous improvement Knowledge of company products Other duties as assigned by the Manager Qualifications 5 years of International Logistics experience High School Diploma or GED Accurate record keeping as well as designing accurate record keeping processes Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to work in cross functional teams Excellent problem solving and communication skills
