Position Summary Join us as a Global Compensation Manager at Huber Engineered Materials, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our worldwide compensation strategies. You'll collaborate with our Global HR Management team to implement and maintain innovative compensation programs and policies that align with our organizational goals. Reporting to the VP Global HR, you'll also work closely with the Senior Director of Compensation to ensure our practices remain top-notch. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Craft Global Compensation Strategies : Develop and execute compensation strategies that resonate with our organizational objectives, ensuring consistency across regions and business units. Consult and Collaborate: Partner with HR business partners and leaders to address compensation needs and challenges, providing guidance and recommendations on policies and procedures. Drive Annual Planning: Lead the annual merit and incentive planning process by analyzing market data, updating salary bands, and supporting management in making informed decisions. Stay Competitive: Conduct thorough benchmarking analyses to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive globally, especially during mergers and acquisitions. Steer Compensation Initiatives : Facilitate a Compensation Steering Committee to drive alignment and decision-making on compensation policies and practices. Stay Informed: Keep abreast of market trends and regulatory changes in global compensation, ensuring our practices remain compliant and competitive. Provide Analytical Support: Review salary offers, conduct statistical analyses, and assist in costing base and incentive programs to maintain fairness and competitiveness. Be a Data Guru: Prepare and analyze data and reporting for various stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Engage Globally: Actively participate in enterprise-wide HR initiatives and forums, contributing your expertise to shape our global HR landscape. Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, along with 7+ years of experience in compensation management. HR generalist background is a plus. Global Exposure: International experience and a solid understanding of global compensation practices are essential for success in this role. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong grasp of employment practices, compensation regulations, and industry best practices. Detail-Oriented: A knack for detail with a focus on delivering quality results. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing tight deadlines and changing needs independently. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and HRIS systems is required.
