This is a lovely Trilingual customer care role in which you will use SPANISH, GERMAN and ENGLISH to support restaurant clients. The job is mainly WFH with just 2 days in the office a week. You will be supporting restaurants and retail stores across Germany & Spain with any help that they may need to set up training etc. This is NOT a call centre role and instead focuses on personal contact and taking care, time and effort to help your customers with wherever they need. Location Buckinghamshire On site Car Parking Available Language needed: Spanish and German fluent Salary : £35,200 base of £32,000 + 10 bonus and 5 weeks holiday there are plenty of other excellent benefits including free carparking SECTOR: Hospitality sector Start date: asap COMPANY DETAILS Restaurants SHIFTS : A nice , classic 37.5 hour week on a shift system Shifts cover 8am-8pm Monday -Friday on a rota system. Occasional weekends shifts which are wfh on a rota basis 1 week in 3DUTIES : Join this happy team that is often praised by customers.
