To them, all GPs no matter of their seniority or position - are treated equally. They have a very fair day set up, as they want all GPs to have a good work life balance and working day. They score GOOD with CQC and have high QOF points. Their day set up is a good one with 15 minute appts, 28 patients per day admin and up to 1 visit if there is one. They have a paramedic team who usually do most of the home visits so it is very unlikely that 1 will come up.
