Also responsible for developing the workforce, following TKMC, Fleet and Truck Pool policies and practices, sales development for the KTEC location market, implementing a 6S philosophy and culture and compliance with OSHA, EPA and other regulatory requirements. Collaboration and cooperation with Knapheide Manufacturing and KTEC Personnel will be important to future success. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or other related area; MBA or Master's degree a plus. 7+ years experience in management or leadership of people and/or processes 7+ years of manufacturing or production experience Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing effective production and distribution is preferred Previous project management experience preferred
