Description:
We are seeking an experienced Fast food manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. This is a leadership role that requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of restaurant management.Duties include:Manage and supervise all aspect of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service.Ensure effecient and smooth operations by coordinating with kitchen staff, cashiers and other team members.Train and develop employees on proper food handling procedures, customer service protocols and safety regulations.Monitor and maintain quality standards for food preparation and presentation.Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely fashion and professional mannerCreate work schedules and assign tasks to employees to ensure optimal staffing levelsConduct regular inventory checks to manage stock levels and order supplies as needed Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales Adhere to all health and safety regulationsSkills:Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality management requiredStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team membersExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProvicient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systemsKnowlege of food preparation techniques and kitchen managementAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentExperienced in interviewing, hiring and traing staff membersFamiliarity with banquet operations is a plusBartending experience desirableIf you are a dedicated individual with a passion for the fast food industry and possess the necessary skillsto excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.
