Driving engagement by collaborating with the Area Director and Store Managers. Communicating effectively with staff, Area and Regional Directors, and customers. Instilling trust and ensuring accountability. Leading by example on the sales floor. In operations and financial responsibility, you are... Improving results by identifying and achieving payroll and sales goals for the success of the store. Managing payroll expenses and labor plans efficiently and effectively.
