Botiwalla, the over-the-counter Indian Street Food concept from Chai Pani Restaurant Group, is looking for a General Manager to take the helm of our brand new West Asheville location. Chai Pani in Asheville won the 2022 James Beard Award for Outstanding Restaurant and is thrilled to bring another outstanding restaurant concept to our hometown. West Asheville is the third Botiwalla location and we know that this restaurant is fast-paced and fun. With a hybrid counter-service take on Chai Pani's vibrant food and culture, the best fit for this location will be a leader that is high-energy, empathetic and ready to radiate excitement.
