Objective: Our esteemed client, a premier name in community property management located on the luxurious Fisher Island, FL, is actively seeking an accomplished General Manager with a Florida CAM license. This role is instrumental in steering the property towards its operational, financial, and community engagement goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate unparalleled leadership, an adept understanding of property management intricacies, and an ability to foster lasting relationships with all stakeholders. Role & Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Operational Oversight: Direct daily operations, devise financial strategies, and lead project management efforts to uphold and exceed property standards. Team Empowerment & Professional Development: Oversee the on-site staff, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring all interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism. Compliance & Administrative Diligence: Ensure meticulous documentation, safety compliance, and efficient management of emergencies. Financial Stewardship & Efficiency: Oversee financial health, manage operational costs, and ensure compliance with legal and insurance obligations. Board Collaboration & Guidance: Engage with the Board of Directors, providing strategic insights to align community management practices with overarching goals. Who You Are: An established leader with proven success in high-end property management. Skilled in financial management with a strategic mindset towards business challenges. A relationship builder with exceptional communication and client service skills. Experienced in enhancing community living standards and client satisfaction. Work Environment & Physical Demands: Role includes regular property walk-throughs and the use of standard office equipment. Requires the ability to stand, walk, and handle materials. Some local travel may be required for training and meetings. Requirements: Minimum three years of experience in community property management. Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced property management systems . Holder of a Florida CAM license and a valid Florida Driver's license. Available for flexible working hours, including potential nights and weekends. Bilingual (English/Spanish) capabilities preferred. A college degree is highly valued.
