The General Manager, Family Office Assets is responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of services provided through residential, commercial, and vacation properties. The role will oversee the operations, maintenance and upkeep of each asset and provide regular status reports. The General Manager, Family Office Assets will also coordinate with other departments in order to create processes and work system improvements. Your contributions to the team: Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication flow and information dissemination Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and monitoring progress Provide leadership and direction by managing standards of quality and services Oversee the negotiation of contracts and service agreements for third party suppliers backss and resolve operational issues Build and maintain working relationships with other business units Uphold rigorous operations to ready assets for guests Work with Director of Finance to analyze costs and review budgets Manage ongoing changes and process improvements Complete accurate and timely administrative requirements Provide recommendations to ownership on improvements Research and proactively resolve potential gaps and/or risks What you need to be successful: 15+ years’ experience in Operations or Facilities Management Able to quickly analyze issues and determine best course of action using available resources Judgment and decision making skills with the ability to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions and choose the appropriate option High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility and adaptability Strong negotiation skills and ability to prioritize.
