Key Responsibilities Manage commercial landscape maintenance operations with the highest levels of customer service, profitability, and quality work.Manage every aspect of the existing accounts, including consistent high performance on projects with optimized field operations, schedules, quality, customer satisfaction, and customer retention.Manage the sales staff with a growth strategy for new sales that creates demand with accurate, value driven estimates, proposals, and maintenance contracts while continuing to revitalize existing clients with enhancement opportunities.Optimize operational efficiencies and implement sustainable best practices and performance metrics that enhance processes and profitability, while motivating staff.Achieve revenue, profit, production, budget, and safety goals.Financial management of budgets and cost controls.Manage, train, and mentor to form high-performance, results oriented employees focused on best practices, profitability, safety, customer satisfaction, and timely performance.Communicate and collaborate with sales teams.Experience A minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in commercial landscape with proven, measurable ability to sustain high performance in leadership, people, sales, projects, processes, profitability, safety, quality, and customer relations and retention.Achieve revenue, profit, production, retention, budget, and safety goals.Optimize operational efficiencies and implement sustainable best practices, process improvements, technology, and performance metrics that invigorate people, accounts, processes, profitability, safety, quality, and customer relations.Support business development by creating demand with accurate, value driven estimates, proposals, and contracts while continuing to revitalize existing clients to demand more services.Bring professionalism, knowledge, and expertise to the organization.If you are a passionate and results-driven leader with a passion for delivering quality service, we invite you to apply and join this fast-growing player in the industry.
