Benefits for full-time employees: • Paid Time Off after 90 days• Paid Holidays after 90 days• Cell phone allowance• Use of company vehicles to get to the job site• Paid training and certifications• Company-provided uniforms• Profit sharing*• 3% contribution to 401k*• Health & dental available after 60 days• Life insurance is provided after 60 days (at no cost to you)• Option to purchase additional life insurance• AFLAC• Sam's Club membership• Off-site team-building events• Summer BBQ's• Company growth• Work with an experienced team of professionals *Must meet established company goals*401k eligible after one year of employment Responsibilities: • Clean up any tools, trash, and building materials once construction is complete to ensure a clean worksite• Provide support to your team through all stages of every project to make sure the job is done efficiently• Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site to ensure that you and your team members are not injured• Be available to help onsite tradespeople and heavy equipment workers as needed, to complete the plumbing, electrical, roofing, and any other aspect of the project• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure you and your team members are free from injury• Unload and stack all building materials and tools needed for a project so that everything is accessible and easy to find for the project• Provide support to your team through all stages of every project to make sure the job is done efficiently• Ensure that all materials, tools, and other debris from the build have been removed at the end of the project to make sure the work site is clean• Remove any trash, debris, or hazardous materials from the area to prep the site before construction begins Qualifications: • Experience with construction builds is a big plus, but we are willing to train on the job for motivated candidates• Important to be able to work independently and with a team, take direction and follow-through• Some experience using construction equipment, forklift, hand tools, and power tools highly preferred• We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED• Our crew members must be physically able to do the work with reliable hand-eye coordination and balance• Must live within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan to be considered for this position• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record• Must have an empathetic, caring attitude toward customers and co-workers• Adaptable to changing tasks and schedules• Able to participate in an on-call schedule (will receive a bonus when called out after hours)• Ability to communicate effectively and thoroughly• Ability to perform physical work with your hands and tools• Have an ambitious personality with the ability to learn and take direction• A friendly, positive attitude is a must!
