As a General Laborer for Ogburn Construction, you’ll be on a team that goes to customers’ homes to safely install high-quality concrete repair products and provide the customer with a remarkable experience. No experience is necessary, however our current position it would be better to have troweling or concrete finishing experience; we will teach you what you need to know to expertly and confidently do your work, as well as advance to the level of running your own crew/team. The pay opportunities for a crew once they are trained are excellent. Here are highlights of what we provide you as part of team OCI: Hourly pay plus overtime and bonus, ranging from $44,000 to $100,000+ annually. High-performing teams are paid well over advertised hourly rates. Travel per diem/paid hotel room when travel (rarely do we travel for work). Paid time off and paid holidays. Health Insurance options from start, Simple IRA with company match up to 3% after 1 year So you can be successful in the role, here’s what we need from you. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Ability to walk, kneel, and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability. Experience working with hands and the drive to get things done.
