Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills has openings for Automotive Accounting Personnel to perform or assist with the following duties: Process Payments Post car sales into the general ledger Calculate and submit payroll Supervise/prepare general ledger reconciliations, including cash in bank, floor plan and dealer reserves Process finance contracts for funding Complete floor plan payoffs and floor plan funding Assist Controller with sales/use tax remittance Assist Controller in financial "month end" close procedures/reports Assist in overseeing accounting procedure compliance Review and investigate accounting irregularities Process Titles Complete special projects as needed Skills: General Accounting Knowledge Accounts Payables/Receivables Experience Titles Experience 1 to 2 Years Automotive Dealership Experience MS Excel and Word 10 Key Benefits (Eligibility dependent upon employment status) • Medical • Dental • Vision • PTO • 401k • FSA/ HSA/ HRA • Basic Life Insurance • Short Term/ Long Term Disability •Legal Insurance • Employee Assistance Program • Onsite Fit Factories • Employee Clinics Salary Range: $33,132 - $43,332 per year
