Summary Qualifications: All applicants must have experience working with young children in an Early Childhood setting Must be organized and have excellent writing skills Must have a good understanding of digital and media languages Knowledge of Early Childhood Education or child related field Duties Essential Position Duties: Ability to learn and implement the Reggio Emilia-inspired philosophy Maintain a cheerful, nurturing, healthy, safe and clean environment Establish and maintain a strong collaborative relationship with families and staff Monitor growth and development of each child Protect the rights and privacy of children and families by maintaining strict confidentiality Work towards increasing knowledge and abilities in the field of early childhood education Understand and comply with state and local childcare regulations Flexibility in moving and working in different classroom age groups (infant through pre-k) Requirements Associate's degree or bachelor's degree or CDA degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Experience of at least one year of working in a preschool or chiildcare setting Covid vaccinated Benefits Health insurance plan that includes medical, vision, and prescription plan Dental plan Life Insurance/Disability Plan 403B Retirement Plan J-Fit Health Club membership that includes fitness class discounts and use of indoor pool/sauna 50% Childcare tuition/Camp Discounts
