Risse Brothers School Uniforms is a leading provider of high-quality school uniforms along the East Coast. Our New Jersey storefront is currently seeking a full-time sales associate to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to grow within the company with potential to be promoted to assistant manager. As a sales associate, you will play a crucial role in providing our customers with a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities: -Assist customers in locating merchandise and provide product knowledge. -Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. -Work with out-of-state customers in which we are servicing out of New Jersey and ensure they receive the same level of service as our in-store customers. -Ring up sales at registers, process returns/ exchanges, and bag merchandise. -Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager from time-to-time. -The ideal candidate will have a positive, hard-working, upbeat attitude and a passion for helping customers.
