Hammock Dunes Club is the premier private club in Northeast Florida offering world-class amenities and services to its members. We look for outgoing personalities and dedication to member service that will complement the outstanding facilities. There is an opening for Full Time Receptionist Tuesday - Sat 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Competitive Pay, Limited Golf Privileges, Enhanced Benefits Package, Drug Free Workplace Basic skills required are: polished telephone technique, proficiency in Word, Excel, database management, proofreading skills and a working knowledge of the internet and email. Essential Functions Answers the main Club telephone; transfers calls to proper extensions; greets members and guests, assists members and fulfills member requests Take dining reservations, input to the computer system and assist with floor diagram Greets diners at the host/hostess podium and escorts them to their table in the dining rooms Additional Responsibilities Create email campaigns for daily menu specials Performs general office work such as word processing, operating copy & fax machines Sorts and distributes incoming mail Collects and posts outgoing mail (including overnight mail services) Maintain appearance of reception, copy room and lobby areas Performs other duties and special projects as required by the General Manager/COO, Membership Director or other department heads to achieve Club goals Notary Public in the state of Florida preferred If you are looking to join an organization with high standards and developing a service culture that is the benchmark in the industry, please forward your resume to: XXXX@hammockdunesclub.com Hammock Dunes Club is an equal opportunity employer.
