Role Overview As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel rooms and public areas. Your exceptional cleaning skills and dedication to providing a comfortable and inviting environment for our guests will contribute to their overall satisfaction and experience during their stay at our property. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and suites, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Ensure all amenities and supplies are replenished in each room according to hotel standards. Inspect rooms for damages or maintenance issues and promptly report them to the appropriate department. Provide courteous and friendly service to guests, responding to any requests or inquiries promptly and professionally. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring guests' personal belongings are respected and handled with care. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and hotel policies to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment. Properly handle and dispose of waste, including recycling practices. Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to ensure a seamless guest experience. Communicate effectively with the maintenance team and front desk staff to address guest needs efficiently. Qualifications & Requirement: Proficient in English communication (speaking, reading, and writing) to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management, ensuring clear understanding and seamless communication. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to handle physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and bending. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as required.
