Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Receives and reconciles all invoices for goods and services Works with vendors to research invoice discrepancies Posts invoices to accounting system Manages weekly check run Maintains updated vendor files Prints and distributes monthly financial reports Generates and distributes 1099 forms as required by law Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Strong computer skills including MS Office Ability to multitask with constantly changing priorities Be detail oriented and have exceptional follow-up skills Knowledge of standard acceptable accounting and accounts payable practices Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Credentials: Associates Degree in Accounting or related field preferred or previous proven experience in the field
