We are excited to welcome a Senior Full Stack Developer specializing in C# .Net Core and React to our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge insurance applications, contributing to both front-end and back-end development with a strong focus on microservices architecture. This position is based at our Bedford Park, IL corporate headquarters, offering a hybrid work schedule for the right balance of collaboration and flexibility. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the development of high-quality web applications using C# and React, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance. Design, develop, and implement microservices architecture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Implement and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Participate in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and mentor teammates to foster their growth. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Integration of data storage solutions. Work within an Agile environment, adapting to and embracing Agile methodologies. Contribute to the DevOps culture in the team, including continuous integration and continuous deployment processes. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on C# and React. Proven experience in building and scaling microservices. Strong knowledge of .NET Core framework and proficiency in building applications using C#. Expertise in multiple front-end technologies, particularly React.js. Experience with DevOps tools and practices. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming. Familiar with various design and architectural patterns. Skill for writing reusable libraries. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
