Title: Web Developer Location: Alexandria, VA Clearance: Secret required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Job Details: Plan, research, design, and model robust cloud-native web applications Acquire a complete understanding of a customer's technology and appropriate usage of Cloud and Container technology like AWS and Kubernetes Responsible for designing, creating, testing, and maintaining web front-end applications hosted in Cloud Service Providers such as AWS Interact with the customer and team to gather and define requirements and prototype web applications using wireframing as well as system design tools Analyze requirements to determine the most effective web technologies to satisfy their needs Coordinate the creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrate them into a coherent web application design Follow a formal Agile-based design process Design and develop visually pleasing, content-rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation Deliver comprehensive web application solutions to satisfy customer requirements and maintain configuration management Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline, and 4 years of related work experience; an additional 4 years of work experience may be substituted instead of a degree Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Container-based technologies such as Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, Ansible Familiarity with the following: JavaScript, AngularJS, React, NodeJS, AWS, Terraform, containers technologies such as Docker, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Bitbucket and GitLab Experience with programming in JavaScript and framework implementation such as AngularJS, React, NodeJS Knowledge of IdAM principles using PKI and PKI/enablement technologies Ability to design or architect enterprise portfolios and capabilities with modern tools and technologies, including Python, JavaScript (and frameworks), HTML5, JSON, YAML, JQuery, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and infrastructure to convert functional and technical requirements into viable web-based business solutions Thorough knowledge of web technologies and interactivity with AWS services such as Step Functions, Lambda, etc. Systems architecture/engineering supporting large/complex enterprise projects a plus Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must Must possess current DoD 8570 IAT II certification, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of the start date Current active Secret clearance required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Equal Opportunity Employer/Veteran/Disabled Job Posted by ApplicantPro
