Serving Snoqualmie and the surrounding cities with expert heating and cooling services for residential and some commercial properties. We use Field Edge & QuickBooks Online Medical insurance 75% paid for employee & 50% paid for dependents Dental and Optical Insurance 80 hours of PTO 6 paid holidays 401K with up to 3% match 2 company-sponsored trips per year Company uniforms/clothing Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper / Accounting Manager Pay Rate: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, Depending on Experience Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, Full-time, 30 - 40 hours per week. Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm Work Type: Potential for Hybrid work between office & home Essential Job Duties: Prepare daily deposits, electronic check deposits, credit card deposits, and physical check deposits Bi-weekly payroll Post daily deposits against accounts receivable Accounts receivable for collection purposes Invoice residential construction jobs and T&M work Process customer financing and credit card payments Update/assist with job files, billing records, and change orders Create P&L report by Class at month end Process checks for payment against Accounts Payable and Notes Payable, maintaining a good credit standing State and sales tax Assist with audits Maintain W9 Reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts at month end and update General Ledger with Accountants' adjustments Monthly and annual general journal entries as needed Reconciliations Provide weekly and monthly reporting to Management as directed Daily use in QuickBooks Online and Field Edge Required Qualifications / Skills: 5 + years of Bookkeeping experience Accounts payable and accounts receivable experience Invoicing Billing Account reconciliation Financial reporting and monthly closing Budget analysis and Forecasting Job costing Payroll, including deductions, 401k, and commissions QuickBooks® experience Advanced with Microsoft Office® Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well-organized and the ability to work independently Advanced customer service skills Advanced computer skills Pass a background check and drug screen Associate degree or BS in Accounting preferred HVAC or Construction or similar industry experience preferred accountant, book keeper, office manager, office coordinator, accounting, finance, bookkeeping, bookkeeper jobs
