Fulfillment Specialist Summary: he Fulfillment Specialist holds a Leadership Position within the Fulfillment department. This position is a hands on production worker and is also responsible for pulling orders and assisting in the set-up and preparation of orders. Coordinating the work flow between all areas of GSP, ensuring daily priorities are met, staging pull lines for the next day's task assignments, communicating with AM's on any issues pertaining to their individual clients, pre-pulling items to expedite the next day pull lines. The Fulfillment Specialist will assign tasks as necessary to ensure an efficient pull and pack, ensure deadlines are met for shipping and analyze packaging procedures for quality as well as cost. Position Responsibilities: Report any issues or problems relating to signage to management Maintain all safety and cleanliness standards Maintain accurate reports of task/pulls as assigned Manage flow of work from other departments to Fulfillment, and ensure all priorities and goals of the department met and understood Aide in any area of the Fulfillment work flow as needed Basic qualifications: Ability to speak, read and write English Available for weekend work schedules and overtime Required to lift up to a minimum of 50lbs Required to follow safety instructions and adhere to safety procedures Reasons you'll love working here: Health and safety are a top priority with all of our roles and sites.
