Job Description - Front Office Manager About the hotel: The Best Western located on Airport Road Port Columbus, Ohio. Your Responsibilities: The Front Office Manager is responsible for the success of the front desk. They consistently ensure guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met in a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service, while managing all areas of the hotel according to brand standards. Always displays exemplary performance for staff to follow. Essential Qualifications: We are looking for someone who: Leads the selection, training, and quarterly reviews of front desk team members Thorough knowledge of computerized reservations systems and the ability to coach others on its efficient operation Full responsibility for the lobby and the front desk, always monitoring individual know-how and responsiveness to guest requests, and needs while performing all tasks in an exemplary fashion; leading by doing every task and doing it to the best of their ability Assists with arrival and departure service exceeding brand standards Supports the team with all inquiries to the front desk and lobby Supports on-going training and development; demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement Autoclerk pms system knowledge perferred but not required.
