Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred. Requirements/Responsibilities Restaurant Customer Service / Cashier / FOH Crew Member / Team Member Requirements & Responsibilities We are looking for applicants who exhibit the following qualities: * Consistency and Reliability* Cheerful and Positive Attitude * Values Teamwork* Loves Serving and Helping Others Applicants must be able to: * Smile* Create and Maintain Eye Contact* Speak Enthusiastically * Make Emotional Connections with Guests Applicants will also be expected to be able to meet the following basic requirements: Physical:*Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.*Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours without a break.*Must be able to work outside up to 3 hours. Technical:*Must be able to navigate online to access training.*Must be comfortable with the operations of basic touch screen based computers.*Must be able to read computer screens and monitors to gain information for customer service. Behavioral:*Must be able to work in a team oriented business with constantly changing business levels.*Must have exceptional customer interaction skills.*Must be able to work in an extremely busy setting while maintaining a gracious countenance. Customer Service / Cashier / FOH Crew Member / Team Member is generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job. *Full Time must be able to work up to 40 hrs/wk.*Part Time must be able to work a minimum of 25 hrs/wk.*Days defined as shifts starting as early as 6:00am and ending as late as 4:00pm.*Nights defined as shifts starting as early as 2:00pm and ending as late as 11:00pm. Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is preferred.
