Are you an experienced hotel Front Desk Associate, looking for a growing management company with room for advancement? Then Lexington Hotel Group would love to talk with you! We are looking for a Front Office Task Force Supervisor. The job includes:* Assist our hotel portfolio with a variety of shifts.* Become knowledgeable of company polices and procedures including brand standards.* Approach all encounters with employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner.* Maintain regular attendance in compliance with standards, as required by scheduling which will vary based on hotel needs.* Maintain high standards of appearance, grooming, which includes uniform, nametag, while working.*Monitor and direct personnel based on hotel needs.*Ensure employees at all times are attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous.* Conduct interviews for open positions.* Handle employee and customer complaints.* At times you will assume the role of department head and coordinate ordering and scheduling.* Create, design and implement training programs.
