You’ll welcome visitors, clients, and fellow employees, answer phone calls and emails, schedule meetings, and assist us with other operations as needed. Responsibilities: • Follow the correct sign-in procedures for visitors to keep our building secure• Welcome fellow employees, clients, and visitors when they enter the building and give them any pertinent information or directions• Assure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately and handle deliveries• Schedule appointments and ensure the business calendar is accurate and up-to-date• Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc.• Folding towels, cleaning duties, locker room and club checks• Closing and opening the gym• Multi-tasking and being positive/energetic Qualifications: • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office• Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and verbal communication skills• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations• 1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferred Compensation: $10 per hour About Company: Innovative Health and Fitness is a privately owned health club in Franklin, WI.
