Position overview • Greet and welcome patients • Manage front office duties, including answering phones, checking office mail and email, communicating with patients and insurance companies • Utilize open dental or other softwares for patient scheduling • Schedule and confirm appointments. • File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims, verification of benefits and explanation of coverage • Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivables• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients Minimum Qualifications • Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment • Excellent communication and organizational skills Preferred Experience • 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting • 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable • Open dental or other dental software experience Work Location: In person Powered by JazzHR
