We are searching for a front desk receptionist to provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors at Mease Life. IF you LOVE dogs and people - this is for YOU! This is a Part-time position working the following schedule: Saturday and Sunday 3:00pm - 11:00pm + PRN as needed to fill additional staffing needs This position will also be in a rotation with the other front desk employees to help cover for both shifts 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm if a team member is out sick or on vacation. Availability to help cover during the week if needed is required. Receptionist Duties Responsible for overall operations of the front desk including monitoring communication systems, customer service, and administrative duties as assigned. This position is every weekend Saturday and Sunday 3pm-11pm and will also help cover for both shifts 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm if a team member is out sick or on vacation. Availability to help cover during the week if needed is required. Training is two full days during the weekday 7am-3pm and one full day on the weekend during first shift 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED and prior administrative experience required. Reception and/or customer service experience preferred. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to accurately prepare and maintain records, files and reports. Skill in giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Mease Life will make a discretionary matching contribution equal to 50% of each dollar you contribute to the 401K, up to 6% of your compensation.
