Requirements: Bachelors degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field and 2 years of experience as Front Desk Manager, Front Office Supervisor, Front Desk Agent, or related position. Experience coordinating guest checking in-out and billing processes. Experience anticipating and addressing guest needs and resolving their problems and complaints. Experience following hotel safety procedures. Experience collaborating and communicating with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
