Our eager-to-please staff is here to serve owners and vacation rental guests. We take pride in our work and relationships, and we are committed to performing at the highest level. It is of utmost importance to us to provide excellent personal service and attention to our guests. We are seeking a Front Desk Agent with strong customer service and communication skills. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Provide excellent customer service to guests and owners that come into the office Handle guest issues and questions, including follow-up until the issue is resolved Maintain a clean and organized front desk Create parking passes for incoming guests Manage and order wristbands for guests Ability to work weekends Communicate internally with the team in a positive manner Manage the key room Communicate with HOA's as needed Qualifications and Skills: Demonstrate ability to work efficiently and effectively in ever-changing environments Manage and prioritize several tasks Outstanding written/verbal communication skills Goal-driven, focused, independent worker, and "can-do" attitude Vacation Rental experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently or as a team Job Type: Part-time Benefits: PTO 401K Matching Life Insurance Health Insurance Vision/Dental Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
