We're looking for Front Desk Agent to join our amazing team! Skills needed to be successful in this role include: Outstanding customer service. Communication proficiency and teamwork. Phone etiquette and verbal skills. General math and clerical skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to handle stress and solve problems. Ability to use a computer, room management system, and other computer software. Active listening and the ability to be proactive in understanding guest's needs.
