YOUR IMPACT AS OUR FRONT DESK AGENT - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP As a Front Desk Agent - Customer Service Rep, you ensure every human and pet client has a positive and smooth experience with us. You cheerfully communicate with customers in person, over the phone, and through email, answering their questions, scheduling reservations, and checking them in for appointments. Using your extreme attention to detail, you update and maintain our doggy database as well as accurately process all financial transactions. When you're not assisting our human clients, you jump in and help your team complete pet care tasks. These tasks commonly include preparing meals and medications, cleaning up work and play areas, and running dogs between different areas at our facility. You also create fun report cards for pet owners detailing their furry friend's daily activities. A team player, you perform other duties as needed to keep our facility running smoothly. You love working in this dynamic pet care position with the cutest clients around! QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of customer service experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work with dogs of all shapes, breeds, and sizes High school diploma or equivalent Can you easily build a rapport with others? Do you have exceptional communication skills, particularly over the phone? Are you extremely organized and detail-oriented?
