We are searching for a friendly and professional Cashier to join our quick-service restaurant staff. As the first point of contact, you will greet and assist customers as they enter the establishment, answer customer questions, and take food and beverage orders. We need someone who can deliver outstanding customer service in a busy and high-volume food service environment. Additional responsibilities include cleaning public spaces, packaging orders, and tallying registers at the end of the shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to be flexible and take on a variety of tasks. If this describes you, please apply now! Responsibilities: • Check the amount of money in the cash drawer at the start and close of each shift• Relay charges to customer, take payments and give back the appropriate change if necessary• Take customer orders, enter them into restaurant computer, and communicate them to the kitchen crew• Keep the kitchen, dining room, and service areas clean and sanitized• Make sure that all orders are quickly delivered to the customers Qualifications: • Strong cash register and point of sale system experience are desired• Fundamental math skills are necessary to successfully take payments and return proper change to customers• Prior experience as a cashier or working with money considered a plus• Should enjoy working with people and display strong customer service skills• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities Compensation: $12 - $16 hourly About Company: Big Dave’s Doraville is one of the fastest-growing businesses in Atlanta, Georgia.
