Charlie's was founded in quality, and we are proud that it is still our focus.With a team of dedicated people who are passionate about food, supply chain, and their community we are looking for like minded individuals to help further our goal to enhance our communities through quality produce.--What we offer:An amazing company culture!Medical/Dental/Vision on the first of the month following hire.ESOP (Profit Sharing) and 401(k).Paid vacations, paid holidays.Pre-tax commuter benefits, and onsite parking.Paid sick time after 90 days.100% Prepaid College Tuition for employees and their dependents.Employee assistance program (EAP).Additional Compensation Details:Salary Information Dependent on Experience and Location of RoleYearly review with possibility of increase based on performance and tenureResponsibilitiesThe RoleEmployee will work in a food processing facility working on a production line team to create finished good products.Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited ToWash product according to standard operating proceduresPrep product for productionCut/slice/dice productAssemble the cut product into finished goods such as salads, dips, trays, etc.--Package and seal productPack product into labled boxes for transportOther duties as assignedQualifications--Required Skills and ExperienceMust be able to work in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).Able to stand for long periods of hours.Able to read and mix recipes for food service items.Able to use kitchen equipment as necessary in preparation of food service items.Good knife skills.Experience handling foodAlaskan or anchorage food handlers card is required within 30 days of hireAble to understand direction and utilize machinery after receiving training on how to operate equipmentAble to lift 50-60 poundsGeneral food safety knowledge.Hear from Charlie's employeesSupplemental InformationThis employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.We do not provide H1-B sponsorships at this time.Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
